Helloww!(;
So today was the first time i actually met Samantha Wong. I woke up about 8-ish, and then I had breakfast. Soon after which I headed down to Newton to go for Justin's honours day.
Yep, well... the transport was real quick. And i met Aunty Susan in the canteen who told me to go up and find Sam upstairs. The idiot chose seats so far away from the band! HAHA, at the back of the hall when the band was on the right, in front.
-.-
Anyway, we sat through the first half, principal's address, blahblahblah. Then Aunty Coring thankfully saw us, and sneaked us to better seats. yeah, and Aunty Susan's real funny. She was just going Aiyooo, this is so boooorrrreeeeng. And reapplying make up, and checking her million phones, and poking Sam and commenting how flabby she was(Ahem, not at all)
Rev Paul Nga was the guest of honour.
AND I SAW FLOWAHH.
Then the choir performed (snigger snigger), then the strings (snigger snigger, ouch) and then the dance (
Haha, and throughout the first three performances, i was smsing zach chua. It was really super funny.
"Yo Zach Chua, you look bored" (He and his super stoned face were sitting on the chair looking around, with Song Xuan in the row in front)
He looks up and around, doesn't know that i was there. And I was smirking so conspicuously that he saw. THE EXPRESSION WAS UBER CONFUSED! it was hilarious.
Then we were discussing the performances via sms, and sniggering. HAHA. And in front of me was sitting Mr. Wong talking to some important looking person, and then we were nearest to the percussion section right. So gordon the smart ass's bottle somehow wound up under impt guy's chair, and he was signalling to me to pass it to him.
I was like HOWHOW? and then i just decided to shove the thing under the dude's chair. HAHA I was so scared it would bang his legs. =/ Thankfully not. Hee Hee. The band played A Day In Disneyland, and the piece was quite familiar. Abner hadda solo, which Justin told me later that he prayed he would screw up, which he did.
That musicianship rivalry thing is getting out of hand. Mmm, and then some more talking (HELL I JUST CAME TO WATCH THE BAND KNOW), and then they launched into the school song which i didn't know, and then the Green Day suite. HAHA. :D Hearing American Idiot played by clarinets and trumpets, pretty unusual.
Nicely on the woodblock, Lee! HAHAH! The drum set was cool yo. That P4 dude, ryan i think, is kinda good. mmhmm. YEO CHRIZ, PRIMARY 4/5S PWN DRUMS BETTER THAN YOU. I officially saw joel lee today. HAHA.
Then the thang ended, wow, talk about wasting 2 hours of your life. And then we went to the band room for the reception, where they had all the achievements on display and also, a nice picture of Justin playing in BeiJing.
:D Then we mingled a little. Heehee, Reuben was there. Then he was like HI! And i was like Oi, congratulaaaations ah. Two awards. HAHA! Jared Steve got 3. :O And then on the way out we ran into the Fongstar.
Stupid. Tall. Thang.
Elwin grew! they're all so tall now :( That sucks. mmhmm. It was apparently the old boys' open house, because ACSJ is shifting campus. And Aunty Elaine was selling merchandise. They had this thing going on, called Yellow Fever. Where they passed you post-its, and you wrote your memories down and stuck them where it happened.
IJ never had that... Quite sad. It was pretty sad thinking of all those boys running around being boys. And all the grime and sincerity and innocence, being knocked down. :D
I took a picture of Koon Wen(Su Lynn's brother's one) "This is where I stomped on the ground really hard" HAHA, boys. Small boys.
Yeah, and all along the display cabinet, leading towards the general office, there were postits that all read "This is where I got punished" "This is where I first got punished" "This is where i got scolded for running" "This was a no running zone" "This is where I got punished by Miss Low, haha."
Justin was debating for ten minutes, whether or not to write something. We-ll, he didn't in the end. Of course there were sweet ones like "This is where I met my first friend" and "This was my first desk", "This was where a teacher helped me" stuff like that.
Justin wanted a lift from Aunty Marion, but didn't in the end. So we hitch hiked to borders in the blistering heat. And we spent quite a while there. Hmm, they were out of stock. But I bought Tenth Circle.
Justin's principal looks ang moh. Sorry no pictures. :D
Amusing, amusing.

Dear Caitlin, you have proved to me that alternative rock is way underrated. And
I don't get why the artist being whitewhitewhitewhitewhite makes his/her music
bad.
(Haha, I don't like them the same way you don't
like the JoBros! Fair enough?)

bannana lama! why is lama spelt as LLama with two Ls? cause with the two Ls,
it's pronounced as LALAMA.
