Easter is not about eggs.
Sunrise service today was super duper awesome. One short lil passage found in Mark 16 is so refreshing, and you can really learn alot from that. Its so symbolic. It was a short service, but sunrise service, the thing that was cool about it was that we were in the plaza, so we could see the sunrise.
So the sky turned from dark to light, it served as a reminder that on this day, 2000 years ago, we were redeemed from the kingdom of darkness.

Shooot. International friendship day tomorrow. I'm so broke. ):
I was so tired this morning. so woke up at 6 right, and reached church at 6.30 with my still annoying twitchy eye. Service started with Luke and the rest of the TNG worship team leading worship yes.
Then Pastor Ng preached. (THAT IS NOT YOUR REWARD) referring to the food truck.
Yeep. We had breakfast, then Aunty Wendy had to do AV duty, so Rachel and Reuben came to our place. Everybody strangles Reuben. Pr Ng offered to go to Macs. HAHA. i dont know why. But naaah, macs in the morning doesn't really work for me.
So anyway, boys came and made a racket, but Rach and I were too tired to care. So we slept peacefully, with the exception of my eye. I'm typing blindly btw. not bad right. Ok so anyway, after that, the boys ponned Silver Boxes while Rach and I went to PLMGS for cell. We slept again because we were early, until we were disrupted by Sarah and Alison. Quite funny.
They were pacing around not knowing what to do then the banged their bags down at the same time to wake us up. HA. we were all STONED. No mood to talk until worship time. Cheryl Low printed worship lyrics on itty bits of paper then gave it to MX, because MX was studying and had no time to do worship. ehehhh.
Rach's word was good, though we have a unsolved mystery. 0.o Apparently Rachel, Jamie and Alison's parents are all in AV.
HAHA. I don't care I want a cell retreat. After Rachel did word, we went up for service, and we were early for once.
At the entrance, there was a hoard of sec 3 guys, or as Reuben phrased it earlier, the "Dang Gang" HAHA. Anyway, we were tryna get in, and they were supposed to WELCOME us. And then I went in thinking okay what, just shake hands. But what i didn't see was that they were chopping people.
So i went in, and then Colin was like, eh need four. So he chopped "Redeemed" 4 times on my arms. So the rest of my cell came in, but they only got one. BULLY ME.
And worship was really lively and great today. Pastor Reuben preached again. This time he talked redemption, today's just a day of great sermons and awesome worship. Yay. Pr Ng painted a perfect picture of Ransom and Redemption using the perfect people to play impromptu characters, and you wonder why AC always so darn good for OM, Ryan watched yesterday, he said that 3/4 of the teams that got in were from AC. One from RG.
OMG CANNN. poor IJ ): THEY ALL HAVE COACHES, WE DON'T. its all based on OUR wit okay. Oh anyway, back to talkin about church.
Clement played the young innocent naive boy, ("Who screams weird") riding a tricycle and loves bubblegum.
Luke played the evil guy (OMG his evil laugh his EPIC, super scary)
And Jonathan Choy played the BOUNCER. (Didn't get the inside joke but his cell was going beserk)
Pr Ng : I said you were young and innocent, not handicapped with amputated legs. HAHAHA.
"And the evil man goes..."
"Ha."
"Bounce him!"
Omg, the ICA in HK looks so on, i think i wanna visit the church when i'm there.
Alison went there when she lived in HK. OKAY set. Can't wait for H&M to come to Ion. Who cares about Uniqlo (:
